For over the past year, The Easter Cat has been a project that has slowly been coming into place. The idea is to raise awareness about child literacy through the promotion of The Easter Cat and the Book Project.

Currently, we are promoting The Easter Cat around the world and looking for partners to help get the word around. We will continue these efforts and also continue to fundraise for our main goal: to provide Easter Cat storybooks free of charge to families and children around the globe.

Easter Cat has slowly been making itself prominent around the world. We will try to bring fun into people's lives, and also hope into children's! The Easter Cat is all about fun, and there is no profit gain intended.

We are currently working on a system which will allow us to give out Easter Cat books to children, families, schools and libraries free of charge. How it will work is that for every electronic copy of the EasterCat book, or special edition buttons, or merchandise purchased through this site, a real book will be made and given out to the community completely free of charge. For every single button sent out, some sort of donation will be made towards child literacy, through charities or through the "Easter Cat Book Project." Special edition buttons and merchandise will allow larger donations towards child literacy. The process is being worked out and details will be posted on here to demonstrate our work. He is just like any other cartoon. A design. We like him, and hopefully you do too.

The Easter Cat project is devoted to bringing attention child literacy and to further educate the young of the world. These efforts are brought forward because it is important to give to those who will bring our future.

Our project is to bring enjoyment into the lives of many; for fun and education.

We are looking for sponsors to help out; individuals or groups, and we certainly will mention you in the books and online. We just need a foot in the door, because right now we are mainly a one man operation out of Toronto, Canada. We are seeking public figures, groups or private individuals.
